STEP 1

Store dry bird’s nest in a sealed container in a well ventilated area or fridge at 41F. Prepare an appropriate amount (1 piece per serving).

 

STEP 2

stew for 30min

Place the bird’s nest into a stew pot. Add water 0.5 inch over the nest. Put the stew pot into another pot. Add water to half of the stew pot height and stew for about 20-30 minutes. 

STEP 3

The stewed bird’s nest should be gelatinous and have a protein fragrance. For best results, consume in the morning on an empty stomach. Add ingredients like fruits & milk per your preference.

 

STEP 4

For any leftovers, place the bird’s nest into a sealed container and store in the fridge. Consume within 3 days.
