SHIPPING DETAILS
We offer Free Standard shipping for all orders within the contiguous 48 U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Orders totaling $150 or more qualify for Free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. For orders below $150, a $14.99 shipping fee will be applied to deliveries in Alaska and Hawaii.
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within one to two business days, depending on our order volume. We strive to fulfill your order promptly, aiming for delivery within 5-7 business days. During holidays, orders will be shipped on the first working day of the week. A tracking number will be provided for your convenience. Signature confirmation option will available during checkout. If no one is available to sign for the package, please consult the tracking information for instructions on receiving your delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7)days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened with the seal intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@nestly.store to request return. Please be sure to provide us with your order number, picture of the product (If requested), quantity, and the reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then please place the item securely in its original packaging and the item itself, all accessories, all packaging materials, all instruction manuals and documentations, and any free gift if it was part of the combo.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges except for that the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@nestly.store
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
